Creating  User  Groups 

in  Zoho DesK

Here is our approach for creating User Groups in Zoho Desk

Approach

We can create User Groups using step below

1. Creating User Groups

Limitation: 
  •  We can associate upto 2000 users only
  • We can group only registered 'Help Center' users using 'Users Groups'.

1.1 Go to 'Setup' ---> Select 'Help Center' from 'Channels'

1.2 Tap on 'User Groups'

1.3 Tap on the button 'Add Group'

1.4 Give a name for newly creating group

1.5 Tap on "Add Users"

‌1.6 Select the users to add in the group 

‌1.7 Tap on 'Add' button after selecting the users

‌1.8 User Group is created and Users have been added in the group
